96 civic si repair manuel?
anyone know a link for a down loadable or able to see a repair/ engine wiring diagram for a civic si or a engine wiring diagram wiring the b16a2

Well if you live in the states, there is no such thing as a 1996 Si, only in Canada (the equivalent being the Ex model in the US).
But if you do have a B16a2 like you claim to have, it was either swapped in there or you have the wrong year (meaning you really have a 99 or 00).
