the fronts are the same...no problems there.
BUT, for the rears, the 96-00 Civics have a more narrow fork on the shock, compared to the 92-95 Civic and the 94+ Tegs. The length of the shock is the same as well as the damper potential. What you need to to is grind down your stock LCA shock bushing- the metal sleeve. Just don't let it get too hot at once, or the rubber inserts will melt and you'll have a sloppy bushing. I usually use a bench grinder or an angle grinder, and slowly grind it down. You need to take off about 1/8-1/4 inch off each side. I have done this several times without any problems.
Oh, and EK and EG LCA's are way different in length...so don't even think about it
