I have a couple questions I'd like to ask EK experts:

I'm almost sure they aren't but: Are the 96-98 Civic DX, LX, and EX main wiring harnesses the same as the 99-00 Civic DX, LX, and EX main wiring harnesses?

For 96-00 EK Civics, do ALL models have VTEC wired into the main harness?

Lastly, ARE is there a difference between 5sp. vs. Auto main wiring harness in the 96-00 Civics....DX, LX, EX??????????

All of the 96-00 harnesses are the same except for the vtec ones the dx lx cx do not have the vtec wires but can be put in the harness all you need are 3 wires for the vtec. As for the auto and 5sp. harness the auto has a extra harness for the auto wires for the tranny.

the 96-98 wiring harnesses are different from the 99-00 ones, the 96-98 has a different ecu plug from the 99-00 ones. The 96-98 has three plugs that go into the ecu, whereas the 99-00 has two. HTH. man everyone is from sac replyin to this post

wrong again. the 99-00 plugs have A,B, C plugs whereas the 96-98 has A,B,D plugs. yes they r different and no they all dont have VTEC wired up in them.
