Default 95 Sedan DX, can I add cruise control?

Hello, I have purchased a 95 sedan DX civic. I really need cruise control... Can I add this with parts from an EX, LX, etc? If so, what all do I need and how can I do this?

Or... are there any aftermarket setups that are recommended?

Thank you for your help.

I too would like to know about this. I have a 96 CX with a B16A2 and I'd like to have cruise control as well.

im sure you can. You just need a few parts and what not. I dont think it'd be very easy, but it is doable.

OEM cruise control retrofit for an ITR, courtesy of Matt D. from S&M Racing: http://www.sandmracing.com/m_e....html

'95 Civic will be very similar. Parts can be sourced from '92-95 Civic LX, Si, or EX (certain parts can also be found on '94+ Integras). It is not a simple project, but it is do-able.

would I just need 99 -00 Si cruise control parts? Oddly enough I already have the button to turn it on and off but it's not hooked up to anything. I guess the previous owner broke the left vent and pulled one from a car with cruise to replace it.

Thanks for the ITR link, it's good info for a general idea but i hope someone has a civic-specific write up like that... I'm hoping the civic install will be a little more simple though... anyone have information specifically for the civic?

They are pretty much the same car. If you have any problems during the install, just ask and I'll do my best to help.

I've heard of these... do any nationwide chains do installations? any links to the products you speak of? Thanks.
