Sure they will work, but what are you hoping to achieve? The GSR cams will provide more midrange than the B16 cams and are a common, inexpensive upgrade for a lot of turbo B16 guys. Elaborate on your situation and goals a little more...it will help us help you out

use the b16 intake cam and gsr exhaust cam.... each is more aggressive then the other.

the b16 intake cam has larger duration then the GSR intake cam and the GSR exhaust cam has a larger duration compared to the b16 exhaust cam. it will increase power through the whole rpm range as compared to just top end.

boosting is not the best idea w/ CTR pistons... the compression ratio is pretty high, but it will still take boost. If i built my car w/ CTR pistons it would be going NA all the way but thats my opinon. with the CR that high it just leaves less room for error when tuning.

The best way to determine the optimal cam combo for your engine is by finding the lift and duration for both sets of Intake/ exhaust cams both B16 and GSR. Also, you'll get a lot of great answers in the All Motor forum
