Default 95 EG hatch with B18B1 w/ I/H/E - Please help me decide on my next mods - A few pics!

I bought this 95 EG hatch for $250 from a friend who pretty much destroyed it. The interior was nice enough for me to go ahead and fix the quarter panels, and fix the car right.

It's a stock B18B1/5 speed swap from a 95 Integra. It's a good base drivetrain for this car, but I want more. I wanted to make sure the rest of the car was going to be good before spending a ton of money on engine mods.

Here's how I spent my money so far

bought 1995 Civic CX $250
Sold 8 valve drivetrain -$200
Sold old wheels and tires -$120
Sold old fenders -$10
Sold old front bumper -$30
Sold old headlights -$30
Sold Computer -$25

Total made on car purchase $165

Bought Integra $400
Removed drivetrain, computer, shifter linkage, and wheels, installed old crappy steel wheels and sold the car to a kid in Cleveland for $450 minus $20 for gas.

Total made on Integra purchase $30

At this point, I'm $195 ahead. I bought a full set of energy suspension polyurethane bushings and solid engine mount inserts for $130. I'm still $65 ahead. I spent $90 on rear wheel arches, and now I'm in the hole $25.

Total in car at this point $25
Good used 205-50-15 tires $100
KYB Shocks and Intrax springs - used $80
Lower H Frame brace - used $20
Upper shock tower bar - used $free
1 quart of white sealer and activator $30
1 quart of white base coat $50
1 quart of pearl white mid coat $109
2 quarts of clear coat $50
New hood $80
New front bumper cover $37
New front fenders $70
Body filler $40
core support $40
Integra front spindles with 10.5" brakes $120
New front rotors and Wagner pads $60
New rear drums, shoes and hardware $60
Stainless Steel exhaust with Ractive Header - $110
Short ram intake - $15
new windshield $150
aftermarket mirrors $20
bumper absorber $20
rear bumper $25

Total is about $1325, give or take a few dollars

The car runs great, but it does need some more power. Help me decide on some new mods. I can pick up an Edelbrock intake and a ported head with Stainless valves, new springs, and valve job for $400, but I'm still undecided on a good way to tune it.

Should I just buy a B18C head, and have my P75 with a Vtec controller?

Any suggestions are helpful. I'm willing to spend $800-1000 on mods.

BTW, the exhaust is being replaced with a stock axle-back muffler, and I'm installing a manual dump up front for racing. That exhaust is waaay too loud.

Way to pinch the pennies! That's one heck of a car for the money. Good job on it.
