Double check to make sure that you have the correct bulbs in all the slots, such as make sure you do not have a double post 1157 bulb in a socket designed for the single post 1156 bulb, etc. etc.

i checked it.the bulb is correct but i noticed the wires were cut and crimped together and that it seems like its loose inside the socket its self when i move it it works back to normal so im trying to figure a way i can fix this issue now but thank u....any ideas on how to get the wire to stay in the socket itself?

It's likely a bad ground in those wires. When it's not grounded properly, funny things happen since power will ground through some other path and cause all sorts of weird electrical problems. I've seen Ron@HT diagnose these before. But, first off fix that bad connection and see if your problem goes away.
