i have a 94 si hatch.
setup:
94 jdm b18c
dc jdm 4-1 headers
ctr cams
ghetto 3 inch short ram intake
chipped p28 5700 vtec engagement
nitto 555r
no front or rear seats

1/4 mile= 13.6 at 101 mph
60 foot=2.1

do my times seem right? or should i be faster? let me know

ya i think its a jdm gsr, and no nitto 555r are DOT approved street legal drag radials. they are not slicks. these tires usually get about 10-15 thousands miles out of them depending how you drive.

your times seem good, especially with the heavier si. good luck

What elevation was the strip you ran at and what was the track temps like?

my car has not been tuned yet. i dont even have any adjustable cam gears. running on o.e.m. shocks and some eibach springs. hopefully with better suspension and a aftermarket clutch i could drop those 60 foot times of course with some good slicks as well. still running on the stock gsr intake manifold and throttle body. skunk 2 manifold any good? let me know. thanks yall

i ran it in august at a CMI event in Sacramento california. sea level. track temperatures exceeded 100 degrees. i think the track announcer was saying 105 degrees. so it was pretty toasty. maybe on a colder track day ill run a little quicker. peace.

I have an ITR swap in my 94 Si and ill be lucky to break 13.9 at the track here , b/c its 1100ft. elevation and track surface is really slick and i was on shitty tires w/ stock air pressure so i launched at 1500rpm.

since I've never been to the track I don't know good times too well with what engines and all, but compared to everyone elses who posts their times you seem pretty well off and your 60's are pretty good, a new clutch and time should drop you more KEep it goin, GL (both of u)

that was with an exedy clutch and 8lb flywheel... which shouldn't help the launch much (the flywheel that is)

how much of an effect does elevation have??
i know the air would be thicker at sea level, but if he ran 13.6 at sea level, what would you expect at 1000 feet?

i think the average is about .2 for every 1000ft above sea level. where i go , its 2800ft ( LACR ) go figure
