Plenty have done it. And every single time I have seen one done, I cant get the thought out of my mind of how absolutely ugly and ridiculous it makes the 92-95 civics look.
Keep your original front end if you expect your car to hold its value.

it can be done but with alot of body work and you gotta have someone weld the 2 halves of thte fender together not easy.. i did a 2000 front end on my old 95 coupe came out good but was a pain to get lined up correctly

I believe this is the answer to your question.
You can do it, but there will be fabrication and body work. This will be no easy feat if you plan on tackling this yourself without having a good bit of bodywork and welding experience under your belt. If you plan to pay a shop to do this for you, get prepared to pay...It won't be cheap.
