Default 94 del sol - gray and black connectors near left trunk hinge. What are they for?

Can someone identify the connector in the left corner by the trunk hinge area? One is black and the other is a solid light gray. I've decided to mount a second gas tank in the trunk and need a line to drive a fuel pump.

does it need a fuse? I checked for power and there isn't any.

Does it have a wing on it? Probably so it can light up when brake is pressed

more clarification. it has a connector end identical to the trunk light on the driver side interior. it is not by the tail lights. it is a single 2 wire connector. It hangs near the trunk hinge, driver side.

that would be the plug for the light in a civic hatch. or it could be a speaker connector. could you post a picture of it?

OK, now we're making progress. I checked it for juice and there's none. where can i get it to power up? I had plugged it to the interior trunk light and it did nothing.
