hey guys my buddy has a 94 civic dx and i wanted to know how do i install a tach on it? thanks guys

If it's autometer brand, you'll have four wires. If you know how to splice, splice as follow to the wires on the cluster harness:

1. Green tach signal wire to the solid blue wire.
2. Red power wire to the black/yellow wire.
3. White illumination wire to the red/black wire.
4. Black ground wire to any bolt.

just buy a EX,SI,LX cluster from a scrap yard and youll have a tach and wont be ricey
