94 Civic EX Cruise Control not working after auto to manual tranny swap
I have a 94 Civic EX. It was an auto but I swapped it a 5 speed. Works great except for the cruise is not working. The light on the button in the dash goes on and off. But the light in the cluster does not come on when I press the set button on the steering wheel.
The brake switch is plugged in and working.
The cruise box in the engine bay is plugged in and worked absolutely fine before the swap.
The fuse is not blown.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: 94 Civic EX Cruise Control not working??
You either need to ground the pink wire under the center console or run it to the clutch switch. If you just ground it the cruise will not turn off when you press in the clutch only when you press in the brake. If you run the wire through the clutch switch it will work as it should from the factory. I beleive this wire is meant so cruise can only bee turn on when you are in drive. This is what i did with my auto to manual swap and my cruise works perfectly.
