94 civic cx wont start... help
last weekend car ran fine, no issues at all. went to my brothers house cut the car off and about 12 was leaving and car wouldn't start. Had him help me roll start it, and she fired right up. the next day went out side and looked at all my grounds and the starter to see if anything was loose. found that the terminal on the starter was loose so i tightened it up and still nothing. can push start the car and it fires up every time. checked the saftey switch under the clutch pedal and everything is good, also checked all the fuses under the dash and under the hood. Finally i decided to change the starter and didnt disconnect the battery there was a spark when i put my socket on the nut to take the terminal off and now theres no power at all. I have my radio wired directly to the battery and it isnt even working. took the battery to have it checked and its fine. please need some advice on what to look at............. before there was no power and i could push start the car i had no cel and the fuel pump would prime and everything.... also replaced the main relay

check your fuses in the underhood fuse box you probably blew one when you touched the wrench to the starter terminal. Then try to start it after that. Also are you saying its a no crank no start or just a no crank condition?

checked all fuses and none are blown. am getting a 12.7 reading at the ignition switch but no lights or anything. I did check the rubber stopper from a post that i seen you reply to RonJ......... before the loss of power it felt like no power was going to the starter and am being told that the starter relay needs to be changed but I also seen RonJ post that those typically dont go bad
