93 si clutch problems
ok. my car is a 93 si hatch. it has 165,000 miles. the car came with an ACT clutch. so...for the past couple days.,..i noticed i had to push the clutch in all the way to the floor in order to shift. well today, i couldnt even put my ccar in reverse. a friend of mine told me its the master clutch cylinder... the pedal feels like there is no pressure at all... so can anyone identify the problem? thanks

ehh i would check the clutch fluid first before i replace anything and i bet you are just either out of fluid or really low... remember to bleed the clutch rite when you do this

If you can't find any kind of fluid leak from the master cylinder or lines,it's probably a worn friction disc.My 94 EG coupe had same problem.I pulled the tranny.Disc was f@$^&*! Replace with whatever O.E or aftermarket. No stock D series has enough torque to ever burn a stock disk.

i would double the check the clutch master cylinder .....look under the dash at the top of the clutch pedal on the fire wall .....make sure there are no leaks .....if nothing then check the slave cylinder.....
