I have 93 EX coupe, the key I was given by the previous owners does not work on the doors nor the trunk, only on the ignition, I have checked google and other forums and the only answers I get are, get a locksmith to create new key but I would have to carry around two keys or go to the nearest honda dealer and ask them for a other pair but here's a other issue I don't think the doors to this car belong to the car because the wondows are manuely not electrical and from my understanding all EX models come with powered wondows, so I'm not sure what year I would tell honda key I would need. Is there any way that I could buy all the locks and ignition brand new that would work only with one key?

If you are handy, then the door locks on this generation of Civics are pretty easy to re-key. See

You can go to a junkyard and get a handful of lock cylinders, with lock plates still installed, and trade them out until the key you have that works in the ignition also opens all the door locks.

Ebay and online Honda dealers also sell little kits for this generation, like the other poster wrote.

the previous owner prolly broke the original key in the ignition and had to get a new ignition and key..probably forgot to give you the original one needed to open doors and trunk..best way is to just get the new kit like other people stated..
