I just sold my 94 coupe and im looking to buy this 93 hatch si and im not sure how much to offer lmk what you think

heres some info
body is good no major dents or anything(primer black)
interior is brand new looking (and its not gutted like most)
motor runs good

goods
Fonrt lip
never wrecked
carbon duck bill

bads
clutch is slipping
ecu needs to be replaced (but still runs and drives)

2k...painting cost alot, need p28, and clutch...the car needs work...2k if not lower
