93 Del Sol wouldn't start - WET ECU !!!
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that another reason for a no start honda civic particularly a del sol is the targa roof leak that can soak your ECU. The car would crank but the fuel pump would not prime. The typical checks were the main relay, PGM-FI relay, thermostat housing ground connection, the fuel pump itself, the ignition switch. The car is a 93 del sol Si automatic all stock. I had a spare P28 ECU for a manual. I plugged it in just to see if the fuel pump would prime and it did. I wonder if I could drive with it?
Anyway the body of my ECU had surface corrosion from water. I'm getting a replacement P28 for an auto (P-28 A51). Hope this helps somebody.

unless you ran it into a pond or let it soak without the roof on. i find it hard to believe the leak from the targa soaked up the floor all the way over to the kick panel THEN unsoaked from the carpet to fall on the ECU.
if i were you i'd look for other leaks. or thats a serious leak which i would call a hole.
