93 Del Sol Si - Fuel Injector Rebuild/New vtec gaskets/PCV "mod" = Not Starting
Over the last couple of days, I've been doing some maintenance to my 1993 Honda Del Sol Si. The three main jobs I did were cleaning and rebuilding my fuel injectors (new seals/filters), new vtec gaskets, and replacing the PCV valve.
I cleaned my fuel injectors the way most youtube tutorials show, via brake cleaner and so on; they all seemed to be working fine. I used new seals/filters from those generic ebay rebuild kits and they seem to be doing their job as the fuel injectors aren't leaking anymore.
Next I changed the PCV valve, but in a way that even I frown upon. When I tried to take the old one out, the bottom part snapped and was stuck in the PCV hose that leads to the engine. Then the PCV hose that led to the intake, tore at the nozzle (I think it's still reusable but its caked with carbon(?) on the inside). A new lower hose costs like 6 bucks and then a new upper hose costs 30 (wtf?????) bucks, plus 15 dollars shipping for two small hoses (Jesus H Christ). So I was like "*** that" and used some hose from the auto parts store (refer to pics below).
After that I changed the vtec solenoid gaskets as they were leaking pretty bad. I believe the plunger was stuck because the little metal cylinder that is supposed to pop up after taking off the solenoid from the body, remained flush and there was rtv all around it. So I cleaned that out and everything, then replaced both gaskets dry. This may or may not be related, but the oil level is at the lower dot on the dipstick.
Anyways, now the car (most of the time) doesn't run, it'll crank and the engine shakes violently, but it won't start. Actually it did "start" a couple of times but it only rose to 500 rpm (still shaking violently); however I'd turn it off immediately after because it sounded horrible. Here are some pics of what the system looks like right now:
(In the last picture, I did throw on a copper crush washer that wasn't there before, between the fuel rail and fuel line. Maybe that's causing this?)

I couldn't check the spark plugs because I don't have an extension long enough to remove them. So I'll probably go to the store later.

Currently, if you remove the jumper wire and turn key to ON(II), does CEL remain on steady or turn off after 2 seconds?

If the car will start and run, try pulling the codes with engine running.

And just for reference, the PCV hoses that I replaced with other hoses, are #4 and #5.
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...R+%28S%2CSI%29
These hoses aren't special in any way right? Hence the high price for #5?

Can you get a pic of the PCV?

You should be able to see it in the top two pictures; it has the shiny new hose clamps with the hoses I used.
Here is what I used: Edit: refer to the pic in the post below.
I also tried cleaning the two nozzles where the hoses connect to (intake and breather chamber), with q-tips. Maybe I accidentally clogged them?

Well I added half a quart of oil and I removed the copper crush washer, but it still won't start. In fact, the crank sounds like it's getting weaker. Maybe it's the battery?
Edit: Just tested the battery and it reads 11.9 volts...

first of all charge the battery.
to me it sounds like everything is normal. i would double check the injectors and spark plugs are wired in the correct order. cyl. 1 is farthest from the distributor.

Maybe this is related: I did not disconnect the battery during this whole maintenance job. Maybe I fried something by mistake? (I hope not.) I checked all of the fuses and they all seem to be okay.

Just for reference, here is a pic of the rebuild kit and PCV valve I used:
I actually reused the original seals that seal the injectors to the intake because the ones that came with the kit were too thin. Also I didn't use the grommet that came with the PCV valve.
I plan on changing the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, valve cover gasket and seals tomorrow. Is there anything I should look for while I'm doing these?

Hate to bump this thread but I'm still working on finding a solution.
I got the spark plugs out (since I'm replacing them anyways) and this is what they look like; they are in order, farthest left being the closest to the distributor:
It turns out that they aren't even the right spark plugs for my engine. I'm not good at reading wear on the plugs (as I'm still fairly new to owning a car) to determine any possible problems. It does seem like plugs 3 and 2 are showing more wear than 4 and 1. What do you think is causing this?

re: 93 Del Sol Si - Fuel Injector Rebuild/New vtec gaskets/PCV "mod" = Not Starting
I'm probably getting annoying constantly asking **** and I apologize, but now I'm becoming desperate.
So, after I:
-changed the spark plugs
-changed the spark plug wires
-changed the distributor rotor
-changed the distributor cap and seal
-re-modified the PCV valve
...it still doesn't want to start. The crank got so weak that it started to only click.
I tried jumping it, but that only made the cranking strong again. Then I put in a different battery, which made the cranking even stronger. But no start...
Would a blocked PCV system cause it to not run? Also, it seems every time I take apart the fuel rail, there's no pressure; the fuel just leaks out. Maybe there's not enough fuel getting through to ignite the spark (there is fuel around the tips of the injectors when I pull them out, so some is making it into the engine)?
I'd also like to mention: it's very possible that there's an aftermarket alarm system that was installed because under the rear storage panel, there are two metal boxes ziptied together and a wire is running up to the dome light (obviously spliced in) and there is this little speaker thing sticking out from under the dash. But this could be nothing.
Please help, I need to get this thing registered as the tags expire this month.

Did you ever check for spark at the plugs?
https://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-d...blems-2919450/
Have you checked the mechanical timing or compression tested the cylinders?

Start by checking for spark.
For the mechanical timing, you only need a ratchet and sockets to remove the valve cover and upper timing belt cover. Then turn the crank pulley counterclockwise to check the alignment of the cam and crank.
You may be able to get a free rental (e.g., AutoZone) for the compression tester.

You said the ones pictured were not the right ones, I assume this is the first time you took them out? If so, these 2 cylinders are running rich. Dumping too much fuel. This could be 1 of 2 possible scenarios. Either the whole system was jacked and injector 1 and 4 were clogged, or injector 2 and 3 went bad and just started gushing fuel. Either way, 2 and 3 were getting too much fuel.
How was the car running again before you did all the stuff here?
