Default 93 del sol lights/many other q's

hey, i have a 93 del sol, and it has so many little things wrong with it.

it steers a little odd/feels like loose handling. i know it does not have sway bars, and doesnt need ball joints. tie rod ends were just done. still feels loose. shakes cause cant balance tires. what else is there?

as well, my gauge and tail lights went out at the same time the other night. there were so many extra wires ran for so many different things, none of which are connected. no fuses popped. what is the deal?

how can i wire up the cig lighter/accessory outlet, since mine isnt connected?

i have the 1.6l d16z6 engine out of it currently, and am wondering what i ought to do, it has 150k and runs pretty good, but im curious what performance upgrades would be best? suggestions for if i should rebuild/clean it?

with all those things, i have it torn down basically stripped. im wondering how to fix all these things, if i should do it up and rebuild it all beautifully/paint, just put it back together, or maybe part it?

People tend to not want to answer posts that have issues in them that are all over the place.

Why can't you balance the tires? Never heard of that one.
No answer to your fuse question. Don't really know what it is you're asking.
Do what you want with the engine. That's not really a tech question.
Again, not a tech question. Weigh the pros and cons and decide what you want to do.

Sounds to me like a connection some where fell apart. If who ever did it was lazy and did not make proper connections aka "E taping" wires together one may have just fallen apart over time.

Electrical problems are the worst.

Perhaps your control arms are bad.

anyone got a clue as to what would cause both the cluster lights and the taillights to go out at the same time?
