If you're technical, do your research and document what needs to be done, it be a breeze and less frustration.

If this is something you've never done before and have never worked on your car before it will be difficult.

The Ecu running that b7 can be chipped and converted to operate Vtec, You'll need to run 2 extra wires from motor to ecu through firewall if you want vtec to function. It's pretty basic, only real diff in motors when swapping is Vtec.
