Default 93 Cx Lighting Problem Please Help!!

ok im going to break it down..bought the car installed GSR...lights worked...Installed Hid's Blew a fuse..replaced it..still no low beam power..so i wired them to the high beams..they work fine..the low beam has no power comming to it what so ever...replaced the switch..the switch is sending power but no power to the low beam.thats just one problem..kind of the same thing but with the fog lights..they were in there just not hooked up i hooked them up and ran the power wire to the parking lights so the fogs can only come on if the parking lights are on..worked fine for like 3 hours..started the car no parking lights, checked fuses, blown parking light fuse..repaced the fuse and still no parking lights..replaced the switch again..still the same stuff, so i ran a jumper wire from the head light switch to the + side of the dimmer switch and wah-La have parking lights...whats wrong with this situation? can someone please help.

And risk doing permanent damage... I would use your power option connectors on the fuse block under the dash and run the fogs from that.
