I got a 93 Civic Lx that had a switch hotwiring ACC power to the ignition switch from the heater blower motor. I (of course) replaced the entire switch wiring harness and tumbler with another one got it all plugged in and its having somekind of short whenever turn the key on past the ACC position. In the ACC position the lights on the radio will sometimes flash in and out. I'm guessing this was the problem with the original switch and that's why the guy hotwired it. All fuses under hood are reading 12v, none burned out. Couldn't find anything to do with ignition or ACC on inside fuze block. any ideas???
