hi i just bough a 93 civic i am having a problem with it my tachometer goes up and down and so does the engine. i just replaced the tps sensor and it still does it if you guys know whats happening please help thanks

It might be a vacuum leak, but you'll probably have more luck over on the Civic forum. This one's for Accords.
