Default 92 hatchback/B16 swap - starter won't crank

I have a 92 eg hatchback VX with a b16 motor. Last night after i filled the car with gas, I tried to start the car, but there was no click. Bypassed the starter with two wires and the car turned on again. My problem is that when i regularly put the car in start position there's no click so it couldnt be the starter but dash light lights up and the door sensors work, the only noise i hear is the fuel pump pumping. So i checked the battery and tightened it and every fuse with the test light and they seem to be fine except the STARTER SIGNAL FUSE under my dash, i changed it but still the same. Test lighted the ignition switch and it all lit up. Looked at the clutch sensor and it looked fine also. I Cleaned all the ground wires, anything else?? Any input would be gladly appreciated. Thanks.

Check whether the rubber stopper for the safety starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal is broken or has fallen out.

sounds to me like a clutch pedal switch. it should be one when you push the clutch in it makes contact. if so you can unplug it and put a jumper wire in there to test it with.

Alright it was the clutch sensor. But another problem that occurred was that sometimes the engine shuts off while im driving. And everytime it stops, i have to give it a couple long cranks before it starts up fine? Help Anyone? Thanks!

Have the igniter unit inside the distributor tested by an auto parts store.

I was thinking that it was the main relay. Cause it seems to run fine at times. My car randomly shuts off and after 10 minutes it starts up fine again. If i quickly crank the motor after it shuts off it just keeps cranking but no start. Last night it shut off on me on the road, so i gave a it couple long cranks but no start. Pushed my car to the nearest mcdonald's and after say like 5-10 minutes it started up and i was able to drive home but on the way it shut offed on me. luckily i was already on my lane. Started it up after two cranks. Everything seems to happen at night. IDK? cause im likely to drive it at night. Is it possible that it's the main relay or the ignitor?
