92 EG civic driver side headlight issue!!!
Hello HT friends.
1992 EG civic cx type r swap.
I have done a headlight tuck and did it well. The headlights were working while car is running. Last night I went to move it and the driver side headlight keeps going off when I take off the e-brake. I also should let you know the brake light is on (fluid is full) I cleaned rear brake drums also. I have done a brake line tuck with a wilwood single port master cylinder, so no wires coming from the MC. It's weird when the car is running both headlights work, and as soon as I take off the e brake when it gets fully down the driver side headlight goes off, but the corner light on the drivers side is still on and the jdm city light on the fender is on. I also tried messing with the e brake light switch beneith the e brake. I seen it was sparking a little bit at the switch when I was moving it. I have the ground for the headlights in the plastic enclosure grounded well under the fenders. So i'm lost on why the driver side headlight goes off when i take the e brake off, and why the brake light is staying on?
Thank you for any advice on trouble shooting this problem!

Ground issue, if you connected all wiring the exact same way than you wouldn't be having this issue. You'll have to go over the wiring.

Re: 92 EG civic driver side headlight issue!!!
when I did the headlight wire tuck i connected the wires for the headlight the same way. Also the corner light and city light works which use the same ground. Im thinking a wire issue also but, Im asking for help on the e- brake/headlight issue. Why is it working when the e-brake is on then when I take it off , the driver side headlight cuts off? So I need tech help on that!

Another words when the e brake switch is closed the headlight cuts off (just driver side), but when the e-brake is up so in the on position the headlight stays on, so switch is open, what would this switch have to do with the headlight cutting off, especially when the corner and city light is fine when e-brake is down (switch closed)???

You have a wire crossing into it that is giving it power. That wire is only suppose to provide a ground connection. You'll have to look over you work, **** like this is hard to troubleshoot over the internet.
