Default 92 civic hatch motor

I've got a 92 civic cx hatch and the motor is locked up. I also have a 87 CRX Si that runslike a champ but has no brakes. Is it possible to just do a temp swap and use the motor from the crx in the hatch? Thanx for any help

Save your money and get a B-series motor...fix the CRX brakes and sell the car to have $$$ for a decent motor, or at least part of it

just fix the brakes on the crx, drive it for now and save a little money then sell it. With the money you get for the car and the little you save up on the side, you'll have cash for the motor.

I was nice to him on his other 2 stupid *** posts but no longer will I be nice to somebody who says he owns a performance shop, acts like his **** don't stink, and then asks dumbass questions that he should already know the answer to if he is in the business he says he is. Funk him!
