92 Civic EX D15B7 to D16Z6
I just purchased a '95 2 door EX that has a low mileage D16Z6. It was hit in the rear, still drives good but looks like hell.
I have a '92 4 door EX that has a D15B7, it's using a shitload of oil. Someone told me the EX's came out with the D16Z6??? Anyway, how much trouble is it to put the '95 D16 into the '92 that has the D15? Like I say, I have the complete car. Would I have to purchase anything else? Also are both the tranny's the same? Trannys from the D16'S will work with the D15'? I think they are the same except for the ratio's. Just looking for the easiest way to go, but I sure like the power the D16 has compared to the D15.
