You could make your own panels with led's in them and fit then inside the stock housing. I don't know of any off the shelf sets that wouldn't look cheesy. Or you could pay someone to do it for you.

The video above might be modified stock lights with leds, most ones I have seen do not have led turn signals, only brake lights.
