Default 92 Civic CODE 8 Help

dx motor with 140k miles. Code 8 showed up and swapped the dizzy with a brand new manufactured off eBay. a few days go by and with the new dizzy code 8 pop'd up again. Checked continuity, resistance, etc etc. everything checked out with ohm load around 390-420 on the wires, and continuity to the ecu . Even with the old Distributor i check with the ohm load and continuity and it was a little lower but well within the limits of what the helms says. What other things can I check to solve this? I've been with this problem for 2 months and it drives fine but sputters around 1.5k-2k and in extreme heat(which is weird). Also I changed the plugs and wires so I know those are new as well.

If resistance of the sensor and continuity of the two wires between the distributor and ECU are fine, then check for a short to ground in the wires. If that's find, swap in a known good ECU.

There's no way that I know of to test the ECU. The best you can do is to inspect it for obvious damage. Otherwise, if the circuit and sensor test out fine, then you should try swapping in a good ECU.
