Default 92-95 EG.. ZC or SOHC Vtec JDM Both??

I got a 95 Coupe just shell.. i looking for a quick cheap swap.. should i got for the ZC jdm or the SOHC Vtec 1.5 ? whats the best choice for the price there are both same $550 full swap !!

NEED HELP FAST !!!

i woulld say get the d15b. its newer then the zc so less miles maybe.

Agreed.

Go for the JDM D15b.

In my opinion the ZC's are **** motors.

I had a cammed ZC in an EF & loved it. I have a D15B in my 94 and it's fun as well. I say go with what's cheaper unless you plan to mod; the D15 is a better choice if you ever plan on changing the internals.

Are we talking DOHC ZC or a SOHC ZC? The SOHC ZC is the same as USDM D16z6 and the JDM D15B is a destroked version. I would stay away from the DOHC ZC.

Get the SOHC Zc Vtec which is JDM D16Z6, I have yet to see a D15B keep up with me nor actually beat me

Did you run those times with the ZC VTEC motor? thats fast. For a N/A dseries.
