92-95 EG/EJ Civic S2K steering wheel and hybrid JDM/USDM gauge cluster
One of the projects I have been working on over the past few weeks is the addition of the Honda S2000 AP1 steering wheel and the hybrid rebuild of the USDM gauge cluster with the true JDM look (amber lighting and red lit needles). It beats the indiglo gauges I was running for a long time. I am now done with both installations. I will post very detailed write ups with detailed pics on each modification in the near future. This is to prove that you can put an S2K wheel in an EG/EJ Civic. The horn and the cruise control work, and I am 60-70% sure that the airbag will work, but I will do more research before I connect it. I know of only one other who had done this in the EG/EJ Civic.
Here are some pics of the final result:

It is a an LED bar, not a neon light. I agree that it is technically a ricer thing BUT..................it matches the Alpine DVD head unit display as well as the trunk stereo install. I do not have any other add on lighting. I like the mellow blue color in the footwell. It offers a nice contrast to the amber dash. Here is a pic of the trunk install and you will understand why I went with blue.

how much did you get the steering wheel for??</TD></TR></TABLE>
I paid the typical going rate of $350 shipped. I then got the EK column for $50. The cost to modify the EK column was about $300, which I probably could have paid less. If you have access to do the work on your own at a machine shop with a welder, then this would cost you nothing.
