Ok I plugged the original p2e Ecu back in it and it will rev and drive fine a little sluggish for a z6 but it drives could I need to put a different chip in the p28? Or could the p28 be a bad Ecu? Im not a shade mechanic by far but with these swaps im a little lost lol.

I have OB2 Everything (harness, computer, etc..)
I have a D15B Non Vtech Engine (japanese)
I have a S24A Engine
This is all in a 1997 Honda Civic HX
Having a lot of issue with the harness not matching up and shifting, rpm, cluster don't work (just RPM).
I am thinking that the harness is the issue... any help on this, would be appreciated

Very nice. But I didn't find my 93 prelude si, or any p-28's. All I see are civic&integra. 93 prelude si swapped to jdm h23a. I keep reading it's prewired green/yellow should be around pass. shock tower. I don't see it. I don't need presure. it's internal on jdm h23a right?

Just want to verify I'm straight on my swap please. 99 obd2a b1 into my 99 obd2b ex hatch. Its installed and just want to check the wiring. Have original harness from my car and the p75 I pulled with the motor. Am I straight? I know about lengthening the sensors and have the dizzy plug. I also have a 99 crv harness i was told will work, has anyone else heard of this? Do I need an a to b jumper? Out of state working and would like to know so I can order one if needed and can finish when I get home. Thanks

99 CRV will be the best and easiest plug and play. You will need a B to A jumper harness as 99 CRV are OBD2B 99 P75 are OBD2A.
