hey guys ive used the search buttons and I cant find my answers so i need your help. anyways i may get a good deal on a compete 91 ls swap for my 93 del sol si and it has a d16z6 in it right now and im not sure what i need to drop it in there.
First.....

1. which hasport mounts should i use?
2. do i need that conversion kit?

Make sure when you get the B18A1 that you get the motor mounts and the axles also, you'll need a 94'-95' OBD 1 wiring harness from a acura integra and the ECU. You'll also need the shift linkage from the Integra. You might also want to get the front springs from a Del Sol that had a B16(they have a heavier rate to them). You'll need the hasport tranny conversion also. Other than that, you should be set. If you can try to find a wrecked 94'-95' integra that you can just take the whole front off of. Its alot less of a hassle and you have everything you need.

you will need to get hydraulic tranny from 94-up integra.
mounts from 94-up integra
shift linkage also from 94-up
obd1 injectors possibly can use your z6 injectors
obd1 distributor
obd1 ecu
obd1 alternator
you will need driverside block mount.
you can run your harness dont need to plug in vtec wires

You can but you'll need a cable/hydro conversion kit, which is costly and they just plain suck. Just sell the tranny you have and get a hydro one.

why don't you just build your d16z6 and boost it? I used to have a d16z6, now have a b16a3 and wish that I would have built up my d16, they can put down some pretty good numbers, also, could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the d16 is lighter than the LS motor.

DO NOT GET 94+ SHIDT LINKAGE you need Del Sol Vtec linkage ONLY

That LS swap comes w/ cable tranny and you need hydro LS B16 or B18 hydro tranny, unless you want to convert cable to hydro. But I dont suggest that more money spent and hydro shifts better. Also need OBD 1 ex wiring harness best one to use I think but dont use the vtech and P75 obd1 ecu (stock ls ecu from a 94/95). 94 and up integra motor mount and find a obd1 intake manifold from a LS 94/95 integra.
