The rears will fit but the fronts wont work with the 5th gen susp. fork. In order for you to use shocks from a 4th gen you would have to get the susp. fork from those years(88-91) for them to work.
My friend is running CRX struts up front on his '92 because he is using a set of drop forks for an 88-91. I know the rears will fit because i have rear struts from a 92-95 civic in my '91 sedan. Hope thats not too confusing.

so if i use the shock and fork from the 88-91 it will fit into the 92-95 civic? what about 96-00 civic?

Yes, if you use the 88-91 fork you will be able to use the 88-91 shocks in your 92-95. Im not sure about 96+ though. Ive never seen 4th gen susp. in them first hand so im not sure what would work and what wouldnt.
