So i was doing a little research on the camshaft and came upon pictures to identify them at FF-squad website. I notice I have the 88-91 b16a camshaft in my 00 civic si. So I'm wondering if some 00 civic si came with 88-91 b16a camshafts.

The 99-00 B16a2 cams should have independent markings identifying them; likely somebody cobbled the head together, or destroyed their last camshaft and replaced it with another inferior cam.
