7G rear drum to disc conversion?
Has anyone done or know of a way to convert the rear drums to rear discs on the 7G(01+) Civic? What is necessary to do the swap (discs, calipers, control arms, etc.) from the 02 Si or RSX?

youd want to use the Si's because if you use the RSX youd have to do the fronts as well unless you want 4 lug in the front and 5 lug in the rear

That is very true regarding the 5-lug pattern on the RSX. I am not worried about that because the lug pattern could be remedied by changing the hub assembly. However, you are right that the Si should be the easiest and less-troublesome of the two. Does anyone know if this conversion has been done yet?

It's been done... go to wwww.7thgencivic.com and do a search, you should find it. It's similar to the conversion used on the older body style non-SI civics.
I'm waiting for someone to actually go buy an Si... then rear end someone... then I get rear disc brakes.
