ive had the worst expierence with nationwide. i was in my dad's dodge ram charger and was backing out of a parking lot when this ole' lady in a brand new caddy was going down the wrong way in my isle. CRUNCH..!

i jump out and look at the damage. The dodge doesnt have a scratch on it. the caddy on the other hand was jacked up. the lady gets out and calls her nationwide insurance agent. the guy drives out and immediately trys to tell me its my fault. he starts asking for money on the spot. the police finally show up and take a report. i get home call my insurance company let them know what happen. they agree not to pay one red cent. her nationwide agent calls me every day for the next week leaving messg on my answering machine asking me when i am going to pay to have her car fixed.

cliffnotes: i hit a caddy. not my fault. her nationwide insurance agent calls the house demanding i pay to have her car fixed.

weird cuz I had great results with nationwide when my car got broken into and stripped out. They didn't even demand receipts and gave me 3 grand for everything stolen and damaged.
I don't see why the insurance company would be calling you though, they should be calling your agent.... Especially since it is the same company, that would have me pissed off...

WOW!!!!!! That sure is a nice looking hatch. Whatcha got under the hood?? I hear you take out Mustangs and F-bodies up in Frisco.

But really on the subject of Nationwide Ins. they only have one damn adjuster in East Texas and unfortunately he is backlogged like you wouldn't believe. They usually are pretty good on most of the claims which have been filed.
