4th Gear Acceleration

4th Gear Acceleration
Quick question,
I have a 93 Del Sol Si with a D16y8 swap and was wondering why its so slow in 4th gear. First through third feels great, can shift into 4th doing 80 keep the throttle buried and the speedometer barely moves. Is it normal for these smaller engines? Car came with I/H/E.

Re: 4th Gear Acceleration
I got the car in pretty poor condition so I wasn't to sure if there was an underlying issue. It feels pretty quick first through third just has no power in fourth.
I recently sold a 4 cylinder mx6 with roughly 20 less ponies that seemed to have adequate power through all gears. This Sol just falls on its face after third.
