I know it fits 5th gen civics without ABS. I am not sure about ABS models.

Anyway I intend to remove all abs system and swap brake line for none-abs .
Is this 46210-ST7-003 really a 4040 proportioning valve ?

Which is a 4040 valve as that is what I pulled from the junk yard and found the 4040 stamp on it.

I say I found a 4040 on a 94-97 integra that did not have abs at the yard. I don't actually recall the year of the integra, nor did I look at the trim level. However....
When I looked at the oem acura parts site, the RS was the only one that I saw that didn't have abs as I was picking through the trim levels on the site.
That part number matched yours so I am confident it's the 4040.

Re: 4040 proportioning valve fit on Civic EG ?
'94 - '97 RS is the one you want, direct bolt on for a '92 - '95 Civic (you will need to swap the hardlines for non-ABS civic lines) All other US model Integras had ABS and don't really have a prop valve, it's just a 4 way connector, there's no actual valving in it.
'98 - '01 Integra uses the EK style prop valve and doesn't fit the chassis or lines.
Also, a '90 - '93 Integra RS prop valve will work, but you'll need to swap the bracket for one off a '92 - '95 Civic or '94 - '97 Integra without ABS.
