3rd gear sux!!!
I have the d16z6 engine. is there a tranny that i can get that will have a better third gear. i can pull on my friends z24 in 1st and 2nd but then in third he catches me and passes me. wtf

Z6 transmission is the best stock US D-series tranny available. Look at upgrading your intake, header, and exhaust and then adding a more agressive cam. Of course you could be like B18BEK and swap in a DOHC but thats not as fun is it
