Re: 205/50R/15 Azenis...tire pressure ? (HUBB)
Really I swore I saw this debate a couple times over there????
Anyways,
Daily I drive on 35 on mine I like really filled treads though.
Auto X I run F 32ish and rear 28ish
I haven't run one auto X day this year so I may have honestly forgot numbers.

That's really low for autocross... I may want to try something lower. I usually run 41f/45r -3 if it's cold or rainy.

The local autox safety people say 40psi(cold). Not just for Azenis though. It's to avoid tire roll over. I'm sure with the stiffer side wall tires its not such a worry.

Use the factory recommended cold pressure for daily driving. For autocross, a pyrometer will be your bestest friend. It also depends on how you want to fine tune the balance of your car. Personal preference.

Not for Azenis. One of the main features of the Azenis is its extremely stiff sidewall, because it was designed for autocross and road course use. You can run a lower pressure than normal street tires without worrying about the sidewall rolling over.
I have run as low as 20psi in my Azenis at autocrosses without them rolling over. On the street I run 32psi front and 29psi rear, and this is still too much because after 18,000 miles they are worn out in the center from overinflation.

I run 35 frt and 32 rear. Car is lowered 1.5" with no camber correction. Wear is even after 8000 miles!
