how do i take off the door panel to take out the speaker?

i tried changing the front speakers on my gf's car and got so far where i could look under the panel and see the speaker..but i couldnt take it entirely off. how do i do this?
also, how do i take off the speaker? i didnt see any screws holding the speaker in place. how is it mounted?

look behind the door handles, there is a plastic cover hiding sckews.. and also in the armrest part there should be a sckrew.. been a few weeks since ive worked on that car so im unsure.. just look for hidden things and pull gently.. btw depending on what speakers you are putting in there, you are going to need 6.5" spacers so the magnets dont hit the windows..

yes, i took the screws out from behind the door handle and the door pocket...but when i try taking it off, it doesnt entirely come off.
