2000 Honda Civic Si.... Canadian?
I'm in the market for a 2000 Honda Civic Si and ran across a couple. The specific on I was told is the "Canadian Edition". Im not sure exactly what that means. The main difference I got from the seller is that the cars speedometer is in Kilometers instead of Miles. The seller offered me a good deal on the car but I'm not sure what to make of it. He said its all stock and in great condition but I'm not sure if the Canadians editions, "stock" is different then the American edition. Any advice..?

No...the speedo is not the only difference.
Canadian Si = USDM EX (EJ8 VIN), D16Y8 engine
Canadian Si-R= USDM Si (EM1 VIN). B16A2 engine.

So, if the car is the Canadian Si-R then i would actually be getting what I am looking for. That would be the Canadian version of the American Si? At that point I'm thinking there is no other real difference. Correct me if I'm wrong.. (Besides speedometer being in kilometers)
