Icon3 2000 Cvic Si/EM1 Window track problem

Whats up honda-tech. I need help with my window.
I noticed that my windows would be slower/weak when it goes up/down in cold weather.
It works fine in the daytime until I rolled my windows down during a cold night and it would rise up not aligned and just stop rising halfway.
Im going to take of my door panel and inspect it tomorrow.
Can anyone help me with my common problem?
I obviously need to fix this as soon as possible since my window wont close
My car is a 1999 Si by the way, I accidentally put 2000 at the top

could be a motor problem or maybe you need to grease up your window linings...i believe there is a DIY on it. Bump for a real answer

Sounds like your regulator is about done. But your window tracks/channels need lubed with silicone spray also. only silicone. maybe try that first.
