The wheels don't have pressure in them 
. Different size tires require different pressures, depending on the ratio and size.

Regardless of size of tire start off of the manufacturer's recommended pressure for the car. It should be on a little sticker in the door jam. Then adjust it one or two psi if you don't like the feel or the wear is uneven. The stock pressure is the best place to start and usually works.
