2 Heads of Bolts Broken off..
Well since i bent my door i went to take it off and put the new one on...and broke off the rusted bolts that were holding the door to the car frame..and yea its BOTH of them..One of the bolts is slightly sticking out..and the other is broken off inside the hole...WELL i got the Drill-Out Extractor and all that was doing was making craters in the bolts and wasnt actually penetrating...But i managed to break the bottom bolt apart so half of the bolt is gone but the other half is still broken off inside the hole..What should i do?

Im sure there is a way to get them out..the top one is still sticking out..i couldnt get a drill into it because it was just making a crater in the bolt..so i just left it alone..but the bottom one the bolt extractor kinda broke the bolt into pieces and half of the bolt is still inside the hole...ANY OTHER OPINIONS?

a picture would help, but your not using those cheap scew extractors on tv are you?? the ones to get are irwins or craftsman, both are nice products, used both with great results, asside from trying to get the broken pieces back off the extractor when your done with it

just keep drilling dude, make sure your drill bit doesnt screw up the threads and just keep on going till your all the way through then use a bigger and bigger until you can just scrape out whats left!

Drill the center of the bolt with the easy out? or drill a pilot hole then use the Easy out? Should i get the Spiral Easy out? will this get the job done?

that will never work with a rusted bolt.

yes you drill a pilot hole. the easy out should have written on it what size drill bit to use. start with a real small one, then work your way up to whatever size it says on the easy out.
then you tap the easy out into the hole with a hammer. and SLOWLY turn the bolt out.
