2.5 Inch Exhaust
Hey guys,
I have already used the search function so please do not have me search. I want to know what kind of exhaust has a 2.5 inch inlet so i can hook it up to a car sound cat. I need an exhaust for the EG. If not, what kind of modifications do you guys recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Re: 2.5 Inch Exhaust (dark lotus)
I was also thinkin this. I have the civic stock piping from the cat to the muffler. If I get custom piping, do I need to include the resonator, or can it just be straight through? I know my stock piping is restricting because I looked at a stock tegs piping and it is larger by far. Also only hit the traps at 84mph and seen stock tegs(ls) do it in 85-87mph.

Re: 2.5 Inch Exhaust (CIVIC2NV)
You can easily have "custom" machined piping @ a muffler shop, and if you've got the cash get mandrel bent piping, you're probably looking at $300.00, not exactly worth it considering exhausts are the worst bang for your buck. On 2.5 inch collector headers usually going to a Mugen Twin I've seen only a difference of like 3-4 whp from just machined piping to mandrel bent sheit.
As for any apexi N1 sounding good......
BTW, Mandrel bent piping has been known to be raspy in cat-backs..........
