2.5 inch exhaust?
Before you go off on me about 2.5 inch piping,realize that I am transplanting an h22 and mandrel bending is expensive.
Do any companies make an exhaust for EK civics with 2.5 inch piping?

Check out http://www.randdmotorsports.com. They've got some JDM exhaust systems.

the majority of aftermarket exhausts ive dealt with are 2.5".
i know the greddy EVO series is 2.5 (at least for EG it is)
and apexi WS i THINK is 2.5"

The apex and greddy exhausts I believe are 60mm. You can get one from sms but the exhaust system costs around $900-$1000 for a Integra Type R.

All JDM bolt-on exhausts are either 60mm or 60.5mm OD (about 2.25" ID). The US ones (Thermal, etc.) are 2.25" ID, so they're about equal. The only bolt-on systems I know of that are 2.5" are SMSP (2.5" OD and not really bolt-on...requires welding) and Kakimoto (2.5" ID, but only in Integra apps, but can be made to fit EG/EK). Otherwise, custom.

I`d just have one made. Mandrel bends are expensive, but it won`t cost $500-600. We just had one made for a friend`s Teg, 3" mandrel bends, totale came out to like $350.

Yeah, just get it custom made. I got mine 2.5" ID mandrel bent piping, mounting of an apexi n1 muffler with custom hangars, a resonator, a test pipe, and mounting a header, with all the bolts, gaskets etc for $350..

vtecvoodoo ... I see you live in sunny southern cali as well, can you recommend a muffler shop to do my custom piping? From your experience what muffler do you think is nice and quiet to be mated to my b20/vtec pushing 200+whp. I am interested in the mugen muffler to be used in my setup do you have any thoughts on that exhaust? Good or bad for my application?

Buddy is e-mailing me the shops name and contact info. They are in OC. I don`t like to give my opinions re: exhausts. Everybody has their own opinion. Plus, I ran open downpipe for a year, so nothing is really that loud to me
