Start with a compression test to verify that the engine has mechanical integrity.
If that is OK then go to a power drop test where you disconnect the fuel injectors one at a time to see which cylinder is not working.

Ok thx ive been thinking about doing compression test but unsure since ill have to talk to my dad but i guess thats next as for injectors ive done that once when i first started having this problem and it seemed like there wasnt much difference when i pulled the cylinder 3 injector but i just thought injector was bad so bought new ones but ill also do that again thx for suggestions

It sounds like you have a random misfire affecting all the cylinders... I agree check the compression first to rule that out; but this does sound like a problem with ignition.
You took several good troubleshooting steps-- plugs, wires, injectors -- you're on the right track but it sounds like the problem still exists. You didn't say whether you checked the ignition coil. Does your RPM gauge go wacky when it decides to run rough and stall? It runs off the ignition coil.
I have a 98 Civic D16Y8 engine that I was chasing a random misfire for a long time on and finally it wound up being the ignition coil. That's inside the distributor.
Let me know if you need pertinent pages from the service book. Tell me what engine you have to be sure.

You also didn’t answer my question whether the RPM gauge jumps around when the engine acts up. And I don’t mean the RPMs falling a little bit, I mean the gauge spiking and going insane.
