1996 civic si electrical problem
all my fuses are good but no dash lights work, power windows don't work, abs light is on, engine light is on, srs light is on. other wise the car works fine. any ideas what problems could be?

Sounds like some major electrical/grounding problems. First check for blown fuses and then clean your battery terminals and connectors, check the battery ground wire carefully, and have your alternator checked. When all is good, clear the ECU.

The CEL codes are for the coolant temperature sensor and the VTEC solenoid; however, due to your numerous electrical problems, I would not focus on the codes. A faulty electrical system can make sensors malfunction, so first focus on the root cause of the electrical problems. Have you had the alternator checked?
